How delivery works and what happens if something is not right.
Printable downloads
You can download your file straight after payment, from the thank-you page. If the file does not open or is not what we described, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
Because a download cannot be returned, we do not refund a printable once it has been downloaded, unless there is a fault with the file.
Printed journals
We deliver the Printed Wander Log to addresses in Singapore. The delivery fee is shown at checkout. We will email you when your order is on its way.
If your journal arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
